About Us

Duniya has been operating since 2005, and under the Duniya name since 2011. We work with governments, development partners, non-profit and community organisations, and the private sector to develop, implement and evaluation programs hat make a genuine contribution to improving the world.

Duniya is led by Director Sara Webb, who has been working in international and community development for about twenty years. Sara works independently and with associates and colleagues to provide high quality services to clients around the world. She has experience working within donor agencies, in public policy in the Australian government sector, in consulting and project management companies, and as a self-employed consultant.

Duniya joined forces with Bluebird Consulting to secure nine prestigious Aid Advisory Services contracts with the Australian Government in 2013, and now holds these standing offers to provide consulting services across all categories of design, evaluation and research.

Sara has postgraduate qualifications in international development and professional evaluation. Her Master’s degree in program evaluation included papers on Longitudinal Case Study Evaluation and Evaluability Assessment. Sara has lived and worked in India, East Timor, Australia and the Pacific, and has worked on other short-term assignments in Cambodia, Indonesia, Fiji, China, Solomon Islands, Kenya, Senegal, and East Timor, as well as shorter visits to many other countries. Sara has extensive experience with program, strategy and project design; in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems; and in program evaluation (including qualitative and quantitative methods); and has particular expertise in Australian aid (AusAID) programs. She can facilitate strategic planning and the development of program and project logic models, and is an excellent professional writer and editor.
